Skinny jeans

The latest jeans that popular at the moment is skinny jeans. Usually comes in normal rise or low rise and it runs down into a tight cuff. I’ll have to make a pass on that. Not my thing, but it will make you look like you have longer legs. It is to say so that low rise jeans is suppose to make you look short. It is not all true. As for me, i look fine in them and i’m only 5′3. But for some people it does make them look short. I have a friend she’s around my height and when she wears low rider it makes her look short. It depends on how your silhouette is. But not all skinny jeans are super tight at the bottom. If you fancy skinny jeans, look for those that’s not extremely tight and low waist.

My favourite of all time would be the low rider bootcut (dark denim). I can never wear jeans that’s tight at the bottom. I feel like my legs can’t breath. Straight cut or wide cut are pretty cool too. Wide cut can easily make a person look short. You need to be tall in order to wear wide cut. Best stay with straight cut, the safest. Flatter’s most bottoms.

What type of jeans?

If you have a wide or big bottom stay away from the super tight jeans that hugs your behind. It will accentuate what you do not want people to see. Go for something that has more room. For the smaller butt girls, you can pull it off with a tight jeans cause you would need the emphasis. Lose jeans/pants will make you look like you have a flat bottom. Always look for jeans/pants that fits nicely with your butt. Which means you can see a nice curve but not something too big or too small, but just nice and proportionate. For the shorter girls (5′1 and below), 4 quarter jeans do not flatter your height. “Stay” away from it. On top of that if you have a long waist even worst. Always go for full length jeans or shorts above the knee. When making a selection for jeans, don’t buy jeans because it’s trendy now. Buy jeans that fits you and compliment your body. There’s no IN or out for jeans. It has to be something that you feel comfortable in. Of course from time to time there will be certain designs that’s trendy but it doesn’t mean you have to follow. If it does not look good on you, it’s probably not you. Make a wise choice.
